9. Service Requests and Quotes

  • All service requests must be submitted through our contact form or by calling our office during business hours.
  • Quotes are given based on property inspections and are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
  • A deposit or advance payment may be needed before work begins, as agreed upon.
  • Prices can change if the scope of work changes after the initial quote.

10. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
  • We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.
  • Late fees may apply if payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice.
  • AI Garden Lab can suspend services for non-payment.

11. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of scheduled service.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds for services that have been completed will be handled case by case and require written documentation.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work begins unless the work is not completed as agreed.

12. Liability and Damages

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AI Garden Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes damages from:

  • Damage to property caused by weather
  • Hidden underground utilities or obstacles discovered during work
  • Plant damage or loss due to factors beyond our control
  • Interruption of service

13. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the property and any existing conditions
  • Informing us of any underground utilities, hazards, or obstacles
  • Ensuring access to the property during scheduled service times
  • Following care instructions for new plantings and installations

14. Intellectual Property Rights

The content, images, and materials on this Site are the property of AI Garden Lab or its suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any materials is strictly forbidden.

15. Third-Party Content

This Site may include third-party content. AI Garden Lab is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of that content. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.
